Pricing questions
How does Pro pricing work?
Pro is $15/month and includes 80 voice minutes, 20 outbound call attempts, and 50 alert SMS segments each month. After that, usage is billed at $0.18/minute for voice, $0.02 per outbound call attempt, and $0.02 per alert SMS segment. The optional two-way AI SMS add-on is $5/month plus a $19 setup fee, then $0.03 per AI SMS segment.
Can I switch plans or cancel anytime?
Absolutely. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time from the billing settings. When you downgrade, you keep your current plan until the end of the billing period. No cancellation fees.
