How does LobbyStack paid pricing work?
Starter is $30/month or $288/year and includes 150 voice minutes each month. Pro is $100/month or $960/year and includes 500 voice minutes each month. Starter voice overage is $0.20/minute, Pro voice overage is $0.18/minute, and alert SMS/outbound call overages are $0.02 per unit.
Do spam calls or very short calls count toward usage?
No. LobbyStack excludes spam calls and calls under 10 seconds from usage, so wrong numbers, robocalls, instant hang-ups, and pocket dials do not count against your included voice minutes or paid-plan overages.
Can I switch plans or cancel anytime?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan from billing settings. When you downgrade, you keep your current plan until the end of the billing period. There are no cancellation fees.
