5. Analytics and performance cookies
Before you make a choice, we count page views with PostHog without storing anything on your device. This count lives in page memory only. It creates no visitor profile, and session recording and automatic click tracking stay off.
If you select Accept all, PostHog stores identifiers in cookies and local storage so we can understand how visitors use the site, including page views, clicks, errors, feature use, and performance. PostHog also records sessions, with form inputs and values marked sensitive masked.
If you select Reject non-essential, we stop PostHog on the site, clear the identifiers it stored, and set no analytics cookies.
6. The dashboard and website widget
When you sign in to the LobbyStack dashboard, we set necessary cookies that keep you signed in and protect your account. The dashboard uses PostHog product analytics only while product analytics is turned on in your settings, and never on pages marked sensitive.
When a business places the LobbyStack chat and call widget on its website, the widget stores a random visitor identifier in local storage (lobbystack.visitorId.*) so a conversation can continue across pages. That business is responsible for any cookie notice or consent its website requires.
7. Managing cookies
You can choose Accept all orReject non-essential in the cookie banner. You can reopen the banner later using theCookie preferences control in the footer.
Your choice is specific to the browser and device you use. You can also delete or block cookies and local storage through your browser settings. Blocking all cookies may affect some website or service functionality, but rejecting non-essential cookies does not block access to the public website.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time as our website, service providers, or cookie practices change. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated.
