LobbyStack has a Free plan, a Pro plan, and Enterprise options. Plans scale by usage instead of locking the basic receptionist features behind higher tiers.

## Overage Rates

- Pro voice overage: $0.18 per voice minute.
- Pro outbound call attempts: $0.02 per attempt after the included amount.
- Pro alert SMS segments: $0.02 per segment after the included amount.
- Two-way AI SMS add-on: $5/month plus $19 setup, then $0.03 per AI SMS segment.
